Climbing Shuswap - one stair at a time.

So I just bought my new Shuswap Real Estate property and I had to do some major renovations, for starters, the stairs leading to my deck were trashed, they needed to be rebuilt fast. Deck builders have suffer from an age old problem when it comes to attaching posts to deck platforms, posts to deck stairs. There’s never been an easy way meet building code requirements and build a strong system.
Code regulations call for up to 200 lbs. of lateral load support, but I’ve managed to track down a new product that provided me and my Shuswap Real Estate home with up to 500lbs.
EZ Stairs are made from 14 gauge steel and provide an intense amount of support even under extreme circumstances. I consider this one of the most important investments when if comes to the renovation of my Shuswap Real Estate property. The new, EZ Stairs system only needs 2 outside stringers for the exterior and spans up to 8′ in width. Traditional stair building on the other hand requires several vertical 2×12’s for structural support. EZ Stairs maximizes the load bearing risers and provide optimum horizontal support. I can rest comfortable knowing my Shuswap Real Estate stairs will have adequate support, as my family is fairy heavy set, this feature is tremendously important to me.
The EZ Stair adjustable brackets used with all sorts of methods in stair construction- to greatly reduce the complexity of the entire rail support process. EZ Stair’s brackets are multi-purposed for all interior and exterior applications, including concrete formwork, and come in stainless steel which is perfect to prevent rusting.
Unfortunately, during my renovations, I spent a more money than I could afford on my
Shuswap Real Estate property, and after searching out housing options in my price range, I came across Shuswap villas, they are beautiful, and affordable. I am considering selling my Shuswap Real Estate, hoping to make a profit, so I can invest in Shuswap Villas.
