History: The Addison Hotel Building was constructed in the year 1905. It was constructed by Albert Kahn and by Mallow Building Company. At the primary level, it was designed and constructed as 50 luxury residence apartments. On the ground floor of the Addison Apartment there is a café which was called the Florentine Room, renowned for its crystal glass dance floor. The apartment is currently restored to its former glory, in order to house 40 one and two bedroom apartments with the amenities of the 21st century necessities.
