Michele Watches
Michele Watches is a leading provider of fine watches. The company was integrated with the Fossil line, making the company one of the largest watch producers in the world. Fossil is well known as a leader in the industry, with special consideration for the fashion watch market. The fusing of these two companies allowed Michele Watches to gain global position in the market. Even as large as this merger was, the Michele Watches company is still family run and in that comes most of the success that this company offers.
Maurice Barouh is often considered the start of this unique family business, as he was a watchmaker and taught his son everything he knew about watch making. Through his training, Jack learned the importance of dedication to quality and patience to finding the right execution. In addition, he got an incredible education in the business of the industry, which would later serve him well.
Jack grew up in Geneva, but he and his wife Rita would move to Panama during the 1970's in an effort to help run the family business. Once there, Jack's watches became well known and loved by the Latin american people, mainly for their unique designs and innovative approaches. after reaching this level of fortune, the couple moved themselves and their two children, named Jeremy and Michele to the United States, Florida to be exact. There, they started their business, Michele Watches named after their daughter.
The first watch to be manufactured and produced under the Michele Watches line was the CSX Diamond. It was a wonderful watch offering beautiful details and it was well loved. What made Jack's ability to create watches so unique was the fact that he had an in depth understanding on the construction and the style of the watches, something that was considered lacking in many ways.
Jack is quoted as saying, "My interest in design was immediately sparked once I understood the components. It's all about quality and individualism."
The company continues to flourish today, even in the hands of third generation watchmakers. Both Jeremy and Michele now run the company. The two of them work to preserve the quality of the watches, and to stay competitive in the ever-increasing marketplace. The goal of the company is to stay up to date in the fashion industry and to deliver the competitive edge with each design.
Michele Watches is largely in the hands of Michele herself. She hands much of the brand's design goals, and works to create new trends, such as the trend for interchangeable bands. The watchbands, which are growing in demand, are made from a variety of skins, including crocodile, leather, lizards and stingray. The company also offers a line of limited edition collections. These limited edition pieces have become some of the world's most in demand pieces.
Michele Watches are designed to be ideal investments and they offer the latest in fashion trends. Many of these watches are sought after for their unique flare and they often are setting th trends within the industry.
